You call or send the form, we have a quick phone conversation, then we book an on-site visit for the assessment. After the visit you get a detailed written quote. Once you approve and pay the deposit, we schedule the work, keep you updated with photos and videos throughout, and finish with a walkthrough together.

A deposit books your project, and the balance is staged against completed milestones, all in the written contract. No hidden costs and no surprise invoices.

We clean up most days, protect floors and furniture, and keep the site as contained as possible. Messy job sites are one of the biggest complaints we hear about this industry, and we refuse to be that.

It depends on scope, size and materials, so we quote every project individually after seeing it. As a rough guide, most of our projects fall between $10k and $25k, with painting and flooring at the smaller end and full kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations above that. Every quote is free, written and detailed.
